Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns related to gold loan products.
  
• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and team coordination.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  
• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for new business growth.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably).
  
• Strong knowledge of Gold Appraising, Gold Loan, Sales, Customer Handling, Branch Operations skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
