Work Locations:

Davangere, Ranebennur, Haveri, Byadagi, Honnali, Guttal, Hanagal, Bankaura, Kudligi, Shivamogga.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
  
• Handle team effectively to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
  
• Oversee branch handling activities, including inventory management and security protocols.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and processes.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
