Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and meeting targets.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all branches under management.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to maintain a positive work environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (NBFC).
  
• Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and services offered by the company.
  
• Proven track record in managing multiple branches simultaneously with excellent results.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
