• Sales Leadership: Drive sales targets for gold loans, identify potential customers, and manage the sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate branch sales and operations teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized gold loan solutions and ensuring repeat business.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor loan documentation, cash flow, and gold valuation processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and safety.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure the branch complies with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards, minimizing risks and preventing fraud.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), branch performance, and market trends to senior management.
