However, I wish to highlight a concern regarding the disparity in salary increments and promotion benefits between vintage staff and newly recruited employees. Over the years, I have observed that long-serving employees, despite their proven track records and dedication, often receive comparatively modest increments during promotions. In contrast, newly recruited staff members are offered higher starting salaries and enjoy more substantial increments as they progress. This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. Area manager level they don't have any targets to them but also they asking regouriosly business .... It's not a good culture... They have to be sended to field every day with minimum time frame for people connect and they have to achieve some set of monthly Target by doing self source then only this compy and staff will get the proper courage

While I thoroughly enjoy working at Muthoot Fincorp, there are areas where I believe the company can improve. Some of these areas include: - Process streamlining: Certain internal processes could be more efficient, allowing for better productivity. - Training and development: Additional training programs or workshops would enhance employee skills and knowledge through practical demonstration. - Work-life balance: Some roles may require extended working hours or weekend duties.And for a Branch Manager need to allow a Laptop with limited access to do the assigned TASK completion within the time period as well as help to make approval and on time execution fastely. - Communication: Clarifying expectations and feedback channels could be improved. - Need to consider the Promotional criteria not only the basis of Productivity.Must evaluate the vintage of an employee and consider thier overall contributions morethan new comers even it from Bank or any other competitors. However, I appreciate Muthoot Fincorp's open-door policy, encouraging feedback and suggestions.
