Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to resolve their gold loan related issues.
  
• Conduct thorough appraisals of gold ornaments to determine loan amounts.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, answering questions, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of loans and resolving any discrepancies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in sales or customer handling roles (preferably from banking background).
  
• Strong knowledge of gold loan products, including interest rates, terms, and conditions.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Gold Loans
• Good Knowledge in Gold Appraising
• Freshers who have flair in sales profile may also apply
