Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to gold loan products, including appraisal processes and documentation.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Manage relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall branch operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of CRE (Customer Relationship Execution) principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective handling of customer queries and complaints.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Gold Loans
• Good Knowledge in Gold Appraising
• Freshers who have flair in sales profile may also apply.
