ADMIN & BACK Office Operation Executive

Job DESCRIPTION:

• Office Administration including office stationery, Vehicle Management, Logistics Management, Travel Management,
• Supporting F&A activity such as Bank support, Govt Compliance, Legal Compliance etc. with respective department.
• Vendor Management related to office supplies, Plant supplied, Repair and Maintenance
• Support HR Activities Recruitment process, Employee Joining Formalities, etc.
• Maintaining visitors register, employee register, courier register.

Desired Profile & Competencies

• Age Limit up to 35 years only
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Have good interpersonal skills & presence of mind.
• Good Computer skills specially in Excel & Outlook
• Eager to learn very fast.
• Good Typing speed.

Qualification & Experience:

• BA, B com, BBA, MBA
• 2 to 5 years of Office assistance experience
• Hands on experience / MS office
