Back Office Executive (Female) For Delhi Location
MFC is looking to hire back office executive, she will assist in day to day office activities, clients co-ordination, Emailing, correspondence and bidding.
Candidates from transportation, Logistic and/or supply chain industry preferred.
Office Location: MFC Transport Pvt. Ltd.

Back Office Executive Responsibilities:
-Correspondence with existing Clients and new client search
-Participate in E-bidding, rates, negotiation, and coordination
-Sending quotations through email, revert and clients day to day calling
-Performing basic administrative duties and routine office work
-Co- ordination and timely vehicles arrangement
-Assisting in day to day activities and reporting to Department Head
Back Office Executive Requirements:
-Bachelors degree
-1 to 2 years of previous work experience as an Office Executive
-Excellent organizational skills
-Good knowledge of computer operating systems, MS Office, software & Excel is must
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-1 -2 years work experience in similar functions, Freshers can apply.
Female candidate, with minimum notice period preferred.
Salary : as per Industry standard.
