Tender Coordinator

Tender Co-ordinator:

MFC is looking for Tender Co-ordinator to join our excellent team. In this role, you will identify opportunities for bid submissions, develop bid-winning strategies, conduct research, write and edit proposals, negotiate with stakeholders, and collaborate with other team members to ensure bid security.

Responsibilities:

• Tender documents reading and collecting relevant documents as per tender requirement and then submitting our bid. After getting contract against any bid, arranging for Gem Transaction charges, arranging performance Bank Guarantee or Security deposit.

• EMD /Security deposit follow up via email, co-ordination, and getting refund and keep a track record of the same, prepare MIS.

• Responsible for various types of vendor registration and renewal of membership certificates before expiry dates.

• Document preparation in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications, also post tender Bank Guarantee, deposit related documentation

• Conducting research for various Tenders online, studying, to coordinate customer bid requirements within the various departments such as Sales, Operations, and traffic.

• Compliance documentation as per requirement, liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.

• Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• 3-4 years of experience in similar position preferably from Transportation Industry

• Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with the trends.

• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.

Candidates with minimum notice period and staying in wester suburbs will be preferred.
