PCB's Service Engineer (Fresher & Experience)

Job Description

• Test various circuit board chassis to comply with customers specifications
• Checking PCB (Printed Circuit Board) signal integrity and transmission line circuitry
• Make repairs down to component level on circuit boards
• Make adjustments and calibrations of circuit boards
• Modifies functions of circuit boards to conform to specific requirements
• Selection of suitable analog and digital component for refurbishment of PCB
• Sets up standard test apparatus or test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of circuit boards
• Perform detail analysis of repaired cards, interpret test data and generate report
• Reverse Engineering of the Electronics PCB
• Familiar with analog testing and debugging techniques
• Circuit Simulation and Analysis: DC and AC Analysis
• Complete paperwork associated with testing and troubleshooting
• Coordination with PCB fabricators, Component suppliers
• Performing task for PCB layout and verification tools
• Performing task for full set of deliverable for PCB fabrication and assembly

Desired Profile & Competencies

• Should have knowledge of Industrial Electronics like SCR, Thyristor, IGBT, MOSFET and Electronics components.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation like PLC, HMI, AC DRIVE, SOFT STARTER, SERVO DRIVE, MOTOR, and INSTRUMENTATION will be added advantage
• Understanding of printed circuit mechanical design processes
• Sound proficiency in power analog engineering fundamentals and circuit design techniques
