Inventory Executive

Job DESCRIPTION:

• Handling of inventory of Small electronic components such as resistor, Capacitor, ICs, Diode, Transistor etc. with item range of +10000 Type
• Over-all responsibility for all day to day activity of the stock & receipt, Item Code Preparations.
• Managing the material in of all the products with accountability which includes finished products
• Looking after raw material inward and handling of material in rack.
• Stock verification & auditing to be done.
• Interact with internal team to ensure on time Stock listing.
• Preparing entire export documentation (Pre & Post document) Keeping track of sample couriers, shipment order and status.

Desired Profile & Competencies

• Age Limit up to 35 years only

• Have good interpersonal skills & presence of mind.

• Demonstrate experience with Data on Excel & Google sheets (V Look up, H Lookup, and other essentials to retrieve and connect data is required as the job involves Closely working on data

• Good Typing speed.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in BA, B com
• 1 to 3 years of office assistance experience Stock Handling.
• Handling of items is Electronic Items- Female candidate is preferable
