We are looking for someone with a love for technology who is trained to conduct
repairs on devices; and who is organized, ethical and detail oriented.

What you will do:
• Provide exceptional service to customers as per set norms.
• Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service team.
• Provide the best possible solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Undergo certified Apple trainings to equip yourself to do repairs.
• Repair devices using proper tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication and rapport building skills along with active
listening to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Learn and understand the products, repair processes, service centre processes
and systems and be responsible for keeping knowledge up to date.
• Handle all concerns and complaints professionally while adhering to
timelines.
• Organize workload in order to meet customer requirements as efficiently as
possible, adhering to quality and quantity.
• Follow all Company as well as Apple guidelines at all times.
