In2IT EBS - SuccessFactors Solutions Architect (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture and design for SuccessFactors implementations.

- Provide consulting services to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.

- Manage end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live support.

- Drive business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.

- Mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.

- Deliver compelling end-to-end demos of SuccessFactors solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams in a remote setting.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and releases.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Solutions Architect, specializing in solution architecture, consulting, and implementation.

- Deep experience with various SuccessFactors modules. (i.e. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, etc.)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver engaging end-to-end demos.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

- Experience in South East Asia is highly desirable.
