In2IT EBS - SAP Consultant - Implementation & Configuration (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP modules (i.e., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) to meet specific client requirements.

- Develop and implement SAP workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Perform data migration and system integration tasks to ensure seamless data flow within the SAP landscape.

- Manage user roles and security permissions within the SAP system.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending optimizations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP releases, functionalities, and best practices.

- Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to mentor junior team members.

- Document processes, configurations, and solutions effectively.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or a related role.

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring various SAP modules (experience in specific modules like S/4HANA is a plus).

- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, business processes, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in a client-facing environment is a plus.

- Familiarity with SAP tools and methodologies (i.e., Solution Manager, ABAP) is a plus
