Job Description :

Our Fortune 100 client has an exciting fully remote opening for a Sr. Business Systems Consultant with deep expertise in Beeline and its integration with SAP SuccessFactors.

This role is critical to expanding our client's usage of Beeline and ensuring seamless integrations with existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience across all phases of a Beeline-related project, including requirements gathering, quality assurance (QA) testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data exporting/importing, and integration development. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead efforts to expand the organization's usage of Beeline and enhance its integration with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Beeline, providing guidance on its foundational data and advanced features.

- Conduct all phases of Beeline-related projects, including requirements gathering, QA testing, UAT, and integration development.

- Perform data exporting and importing from/to Beeline while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Create and customize new reports in Beeline, leveraging advanced features such as equation setup and analytics tools.

- Define and write detailed technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with the Beeline tool/system, including a deep understanding of its underlying foundational data.

- Proven experience in successfully managing all phases of Beeline projects, including :

1. Requirements gathering

2. QA testing

3. User acceptance testing (UAT)

4. Data exporting/importing

5. System integrations

- Strong proficiency in creating and customizing reports within Beeline, including setting up equations and analyzing data trends.

- Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements to guide system development and integration processes.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
