Cavitak - Solution Architect (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into innovative and effective technology solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other key personnel to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.

- Design and document system architectures, including components, interfaces, and data flows.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools based on business needs and technical constraints.

- Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.

- Lead and guide technical teams in the implementation of architectural designs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, project managers, and IT operations.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate design decisions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on architectural principles and best practices.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for potential adoption.

- Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and architectural patterns.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and presentations.

- Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Systems Architect, or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience with a variety of technologies and platforms, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases, networking, and security.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred :

- Experience with specific technologies or domains (e., AI/ML, IoT, big data, cybersecurity).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e., Scrum, Kanban).

- Relevant certifications (e., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e., TOGAF, Zachman Framework)
