Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Onboard customers on the platform, and run training and enablement programs for their teams.

- Analyse customer data, and understand the platform usage and the experience.

- Run MBR/QBRs to share feature updates, and understand challenges and overall experience.

- Provide developers with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products.

- Work with Product, Engineering, AMs, and Support teams to improve customer experience.

- Run the NPS survey, and draft an actionable plan to improve the score.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (i.e., Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, Technical Support Engineer).

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automation).

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (i.e., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Basic understanding of programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with data analysis tools (i.e., SQL, data visualization tools).

Communication & Interpersonal Skills :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
