Job Title: HCM Solution architect Designing and overseeing the implementation of complex systems and solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solution architect specializing in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in enterprise architecture. This role requires understanding of SAP HCM, SF, Finance modules and the ability to provide functional and technical support to our ENEC.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Expertise in designing complex IT systems and architectures.
• Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Security and Compliance: Understanding of IT security, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Integration Patterns: Familiarity with integration patterns and techniques for connecting disparate systems.
• Emerging Technologies: Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in IT architecture.
• Enterprise architecture methodologies and standards (TOGAF and similar)
• Solution architecture methodologies and standards
• Solution architecture certifications Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP enterprise architecture.
• Expert in SuccessFactors EC to S/4H Integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP HCM certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Project management experience.
