SAP Fieldglass

Key Responsibilities: The consultant will need to work with the project team to carry out independently all the configuration/testing/training related to the above three modules. This will include but not limited to: • Understand all areas of FG configurations, integrations with respect to SAP Fieldglass modules of (Worker Profile Management, Service Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management). • Support the use of APIs and middleware to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation. • Assist in addressing integration challenges and optimizing system performance. • Identify and assess complex problems or business scenarios and provide viable solutions to Qatar LNG. • Define, document and execute small-scale projects (or sub-projects) by actively participating in all phases of the project. • Identify, assesses and manage risks and issues which might impact the success of the project. • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and assist in presenting issues and solutions. • Ensure compliance with information security policies, procedures, and standards. • Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, policies and procedures. • Support FG integration requirements with respect to Success factors, S/4 HANA and SAP ECC Key Experience and Education Requirements: • Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or its equivalent

• Certification in FG modules. • 4-8 years of progressive Fieldglass experience including Contingent work force module, work profile, services • Hands-on experience in implementing and completion of at least 2-3 full cycle end-to-end implementations of Fieldglass from planning and configuration to go live and post go live support.

• Lead and experience in coordinating with stakeholders, gathering business requirements and translating them to system setup.
• Experience in managing integration between Fieldglass and other enterprise software such as SAP SFSF, SAP ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP LMS)
• Lead and demonstrate experience in process optimization analyzing existing process and identifying opportunities for optimization using Fieldglass functionalities and designing solution to have scalability for future needs.
• Experience in vendor management process and practical knowledge in managing and collaborating with external vendors/suppliers including performance monitoring and reflecting this in the system with proper controls.
• Understand data security and practices related to contingent workforce management, recommending solutions to govern data sensitivity.
• Experience in system upgrades and ability to oversee system enhancements and new feature rollouts.
