Job Role:

- Budget Monitoring: Ensure optimal utilization of budget & resources

- Production Scheduling: Develop & implement production plans, optimize sequences, and track progress

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations & R&D for smooth production flow

- Team Management: Lead & mentor the team for performance excellence

- Process Improvement: Drive 5S, Kaizen & shop floor improvement initiatives

Skills/Competencies:

- Expertise in PPC processes & bus/Truck manufacturing

- Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards

- Proficiency in SAP

- Strong in production planning, scheduling & inventory management

- Analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills

- Excellent organizational & time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects & prioritize tasks

- Strong communication & teamwork skills
