Designation : Deputy General Manager

Experience : 12 to 18 years of experience

Location : Navi Mumbai

Reporting : Head - Commercial

Team : 2 People

Role Summary: This position will be overall responsible for leading and managing the third party / loan license units' procurement

Job Deliverables:

- Working as a Technical Coordinator between Contract Manufacturing, own organization Manufacturing, QA, RA and Business

- Ensuring meeting product costs, supply timelines from third party manufacturers & quality standards in line with those set by internal QA

- Ensuring Product Supply through Contract Manufacturing (CM) as per Marketing requirements, organization's quality and EHS guidelines.

- Production, Scheduling and Material Management for all Contract Manufactured products

- Negotiation with suppliers, cost reduction, identifying right supplier and making buying decision

- Ensure proper maintenance of stock levels for Third Party product's raw and packaging material

- Develop and maintain vendor relationship, focus on internal team development, etc

- Ensure smooth procedure for third party / Loan Licensed sourcing

Organization Relationships:

- Assist in managing healthy customer relationships with Contract Manufacturers and internal customers by active involvement, participation and feedbacks.

- Position involves interactions with people across all hierarchies within organization

Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience:

Qualification:

- Degree in Sciences or Pharmacy

- Diploma in Materials Management (preferred)

- Minimum 12+ years' experience in the third party procurement

- Experience of managing projects and cross-functional teams

- Experience of networking and team management

Special Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of machineries and equipment , Knowledge of commercial aspects like Excise, Cenvat, Inventory management. Communication Skills , Knowledge of Supply Risk & Analysis.

- Knowledge of Raw and Packaging Materials Cost , Knowledge of Statutory requirements and guidelines, Knowledge of latest trends in Manufacturing Technology , Management of multi-location activity monitoring
