Head - Credit Policy - Two Wheeler Loan/NBFC (14-18 yrs)

Hiring for VP Policy with a NBFC.

Only underwriting experience would not be considered.

Candidates having experience in Designing & Developing policy of retail secured loan with Analytical experience is required.

Responsibilities for the job:

- Maintain credit quality of consumer assets portfolios. Ensuring Credit Loss and credit cost is within projected levels on all retail secured loans.

- Design/develop/review policies, new programs, processes, products, delegation of authority from risk management perspective, in line with best industry practice.

- Lead, innovate and release amendments in the Policies and programs across all products with an optimal mix of underwriting concepts and use of Data Science tools like: - risk score cards, statistical models to help Business have competitive edge in the market and mitigate Risk for multiple portfolios.

- Rule engine based automated models and loan approval process to improve customer on-boarding experience fraud control solutions, etc. using latest technology.

- Lead execution of projects ranging from new partner enrolment, formulating policies and process, define success metrics and loss forecasting models. Meeting partners and dealers on daily basis.
