Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Development Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports business goals and drives employee growth, engagement, and retention.

- Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent gaps and determine the skills needed to drive the company's strategic objectives.

- Define the talent development framework, including leadership development, skill enhancement programs, and career development initiatives tailored to employees in digital, IT, and analytics functions.

2. Leadership Development Programs:

- Design and execute leadership development programs aimed at building a strong leadership pipeline for future business needs.

3. Learning and Skill Development:

- Lead the design and delivery of learning programs aimed at upskilling employees in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other IT and digital transformation tools.

- Collaborate with the L&D team to develop customized training solutions that meet the needs of various technical and non-technical roles within the organization.

4. Talent Development Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent development initiatives and use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and ROI.

- Provide regular reports on the progress of talent development programs, including employee participation rates, skill improvements, and leadership progression.

5. Technology & Digital Tools for Learning:

- Leverage HR technology platforms and digital learning tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, gamification tools, virtual classrooms) to deliver scalable and effective learning solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in talent development technologies and methodologies to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of employee development.

6. Collaboration with External Partners:

- Collaborate with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions to bring in specialized expertise and deliver high-impact learning experiences.

- Build partnerships with universities and industry bodies to support the recruitment and development of top talent in the digital, IT, and analytics domains.
