Product Head - Wealth Manager- NBFC

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Head - Wealth Products to lead the development and expansion of our wealth management offerings in India. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in investment products, fintech innovations, and customer-centric product strategies. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving digital transformation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing customer experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for wealth management products, including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, insurance, and alternative investments.

- Market Research & Innovation: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to develop innovative and scalable wealth solutions.

- Customer-Centric Approach: Design seamless digital journeys for investors, ensuring accessibility, transparency, and ease of use.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, compliance, sales) and external partners (AMCs, insurance providers, fintechs) to build and enhance product offerings.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and services adhere to SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

- Technology & Digital Transformation: Drive technology adoption, API integrations, and platform enhancements to provide a superior digital wealth experience.

- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track product performance, and optimize offerings based on user engagement, revenue growth, and market response.
