Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, focusing on institutional sales, strategic planning, and expanding market share in CNG, Hydrogen, and LPF sectors.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for future growth, specifically in the development of CNG stations and Hydrogen infrastructure, as well as exploring future LPF markets.
Station Management:
- Oversee the operational management of CNG and Hydrogen stations, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with industry standards, and delivering top-notch service to clients.
P&L & Revenue Management:
- Take ownership of the P&L for the sales and business development division.
- Implement strategies to improve profitability, manage budgets, and track financial performance.
Institutional Sales:
- Drive and manage institutional sales efforts by establishing strong relationships with government bodies, fleet operators, industrial clients, and other key stakeholders in the energy sector.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for new business or cross-selling.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, government policies, and competitor activities within the CNG, Hydrogen, and LPF markets.
- Use this information to refine sales strategies and keep the company ahead of the competition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams-such as marketing, product development, and operations-to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop the sales team to build a high-performance culture. Provide guidance, training, and support to help team members grow in their roles.
