Role Overview:
As the National Partnerships Head, you will lead efforts to establish and scale partnerships across the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical companies, Healthtech firms, diagnostic centers, insurance providers, and hospital networks. Your mission will be to create a patient channel network to source leads, referrals, and collaborations, with a focus on cancer care, transplants, and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard key pharmaceutical companies, Healthtech startups, and insurance partners to expand patient care financing solutions.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for creating a doctor channel network to drive patient referrals.
• Build relationships with specialist doctors and reputed general physicians across India, with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
• Design and manage KPIs, organizational structure, and team operations to scale the partnership network effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with partnership outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building strategic partnerships in healthcare, pharma, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of healthcare financing, patient referral systems, and doctor engagement strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage cross-functional teams.
