Telecaller - Verification

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote the instant discharge product.
• Verify customer details and their product understanding & educate customers about the products features and benefits.
• Address customer queries and resolve objections with clear and concise information.
• Collection calls to patients post insurance approval ensuring recovery of the due amount from the patient.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information and call logs in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team targets set for calls and conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market insights to the product team.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines in all communications.
• Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to existing patients to brief about products/services, timely collection of patient receivables and handle escalations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in a similar domain.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
