Impact Guru - SAP Consultant - FICO Module (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement and Requirements Analysis :

Conduct detailed workshops and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and gather comprehensive requirements.

Analyze existing SAP landscapes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Develop detailed business process documentation, functional specifications, and technical design documents.

SAP System Configuration and Implementation :

Configure and customize SAP modules based on client requirements, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Perform comprehensive system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manage and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Lead the implementation of SAP enhancements, upgrades, and support packages.

Custom Development and Integration :

Develop and maintain custom SAP applications and enhancements using ABAP programming language.

Design and implement complex interfaces between SAP and external systems using IDocs, APIs (REST, SOAP), and web services.

Develop custom reports, forms, and workflows using SAP development tools.

Utilize SAP BAPIs and RFCs for integration purposes.

System Support and Maintenance :

Provide expert-level support for SAP systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and performance tuning.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and custom developments.

Provide user training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Project Management and Collaboration :

Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Provide regular status updates and reports to project management and client teams.

Technical Leadership and Knowledge Sharing :

Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

Contribute to the development of internal knowledge repositories, best practice documents, and training materials.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Deep understanding of multiple SAP modules, including but not limited to :

- SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)

- SAP MM (Materials Management)

- SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

- SAP PP (Production Planning)

- SAP HCM(Human Capital Management)

- SAP S/4HANA

- Strong proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation methodologies.

- Extensive experience with ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

- Experience with SAP integration technologies, including IDocs, APIs (REST, SOAP), web services, and SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite.

- Proficiency in SAP testing tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager Test Suite.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.

- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP).

- Experience with SAP HANA databases.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
