Role & responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for Study Abroad, recruitment and immigration services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand client acquisition and retention.
• Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and market trends to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely guidance.
• Conduct sales presentations and client consultations to effectively communicate service offerings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior management.

Implement best practices in sales techniques, customer engagement, and lead conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the Study Abroad, Recruitment or Immigration industry.
• Strong understanding of Study Abroad, recruitment and immigration industry and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of team success.
