Business Development Officer/Manager (Urgently Hiring!!!)

Student Counseling & Support:

• Provide personalized guidance to students on international education opportunities.
• Assist students in choosing the right courses, universities, and scholarship options across study destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and more.
• Support students through the entire application and visa process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's network of partner institutions.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with universities, educational stakeholders, and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
• Research and propose new course offerings aligned with market demand.

Strategic Growth & Outreach:

• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and expos to promote study abroad programs
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for student recruitment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and corporate clients to increase enrollment.

Team Collaboration & Performance Management:

• Work with the academic team to design and launch new training programs (IELTS, OET, German, PTE, etc.).
• Train and mentor junior counselors to improve sales performance and client handling.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions, inquiries, and conversions, contributing to data-driven strategic planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in Immigration/Language Training Industry.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify market trends and introduce relevant programs.
