Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in
shaping our workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our HR practices support the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the laminate sector.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote teamwork and morale.
- Implement regular feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
3. Performance Development:
- Develop performance management systems, assisting managers with setting objectives and
conducting evaluations.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
4. Policy and Compliance:
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect industry standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and safety regulations pertinent to the laminate industry.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation structures, incentive systems, and benefit programs, ensuring
they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Analyze compensation data to maintain equitable practices across the organization.
6. Workforce Strategy:
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies to meet business
goals.
- Utilize HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and inform decision-making.
7. Health and Safety:
- Promote a safe working environment by implementing health and safety training programs
specific to laminate manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced
degree preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in the manufacturing or laminate industry.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000, based on skills, experience, and interview performance
