Job Description
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies.
- Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Work with managers to address performance issues.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit offerings.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Support employee career development initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation affecting HR functions.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Manage HR software and systems.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with management to improve employee satisfaction.
