Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process to enhance employee integration and engagement.
• Design and implement performance management systems for continuous improvement.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and professional manner.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to support career growth and skill enhancement.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and recruitment costs, and generate reports for senior management.
• Work with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, contributing to long-term organizational success
• Implement employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Lead and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and regular performance reviews.
• Track employee attendance and support payroll processing, ensuring timely handover to the Finance Department.
• Manage HR systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and optimize HR operations
• Act as a key point of contact for managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and software. .

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
