German Academic Head / German Language Trainers (Hiring Urgently!!!)

Role & responsibilities :

Program & Curriculum Development:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced-level German language training programs.
• Regularly update and refine course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to align with industry standards.
• Ensure student-focused and structured learning that meets international requirements.

Training & Instruction:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, for learners at various proficiency levels.
• Use modern teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
• Monitor student progress through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.

Leadership & Faculty Development:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of German language trainers, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and professional development for faculty members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment for both students and trainers.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Implement effective evaluation and assessment methods to measure learning outcomes.
• Ensure teaching standards are maintained at the highest level across all programs.
• Stay updated on global best practices and advancements in language education.

Preferred candidate profile

• Extensive expertise in German language education, preferably in a leadership role.
• B2-level or higher proficiency in the German language (required).
• Teaching experience in German language training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners and ensure a learner-centric approach.
• Experience in digital learning platforms and virtual training delivery is a plus.
