Roles and Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle with lead roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies.
• Managing MIS & Dashboards & monthly trackers
• Vendor management
• Stakeholder management
• Conduct HR Round below AM level, Selection, document verification, offer negotiation, stakeholder approvals, and offer releases.
• Having a clear understanding of various roles and departments in both IT and Non-IT sectors.

Skill Set (Technical skills)

• Knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search).
• Experience in vendor and campus recruitment management.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, creating and managing spreadsheets.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Expected Educational Qualification: Graduation / MBA (Specialization in Human Resources) from an accredited reputed institution.
