Job Description

  • Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
  • Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
  • Reports to: Manager
  • Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
  • Age Criteria: Upto 30 years

As the Assistant Marketing Automation Manager / Team Lead based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will be instrumental in developing and managing retention-focused campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role includes overseeing automation tools, creating impactful campaigns, and driving strategies for sustained customer relationships. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain high standards across all campaigns and initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the use and optimization of marketing automation tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, and similar platforms.
  • Design and execute automated customer journeys aimed at maximizing retention and engagement across multiple channels.

Customer Retention Strategy and Execution:

  • Assist in creating and implementing multi-channel retention strategies to engage customers at various stages of their journey.
  • Craft compelling content for cold emails, follow-ups, and drip campaigns, driving meaningful customer engagement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Lead and collaborate closely with the retention marketing team to manage campaigns and align on project goals.
  • Offer guidance and support to achieve team objectives and optimize retention efforts.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze email and other campaign metrics, focusing on improving key performance indicators such as open rates and click-through rates.
  • Provide insights based on data for ongoing optimization and effectiveness of retention strategies.

Requirements

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retention marketing, particularly in multi-channel strategies and campaign execution.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, SFMC, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of campaign performance analysis with experience in optimizing metrics such as open rates and engagement rates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with team members to optimize performance and achieve growth.
  • Data Proficiency: Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivots, and SUMIFS functions.

Should Have:

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to contribute to designing comprehensive retention strategies across channels like Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Customer Journeys: Proficient in creating customer lifecycle journeys to engage customers at different stages.
  • Referral Program Management: Experience supporting referral programs to increase loyalty and engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to provide proactive insights for campaign improvements and address challenges.

  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current trends and best practices in retention marketing.
  • Innovation: Ability to introduce fresh ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
