Job Description
As the Associate Training and Placement at Andheri, Mumbai, you will be responsible for collaborating with students, recruiters, and internal teams to monitor student progress, assist with career development, and align students with suitable job opportunities. This role is critical in enhancing student employability and ensuring the smooth execution of placement activities, events, and initiatives that connect students with the industry.
What Youll Do:
1. Student Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor and assess the academic and career progress of students.
- Provide regular feedback to students to enhance their employability.
- 2. Career Development Assistance:
- Assist students in building their resumes, preparing for interviews, and strategizing their job search.
- Offer guidance to help students achieve their career aspirations and secure employment.
- 3. Job Role Alignment:
- Work with students to identify their strengths and interests.
- Match students with suitable job roles and employment opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
- 4. Collaboration & Events Management:
- Collaborate efficiently with students, recruiters, and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of placement activities and events.
- Organize events such as workshops, masterclasses, placement drives, and networking sessions that engage industry leaders and provide hiring prospects for students.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
Requirements
- Who You Are:
- Must-Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students and other stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport and collaborating with teams.
- Analytical skills to assess student progress and align them with relevant job roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).
- Should Have:
- Passion for guiding and mentoring students in their career development.
- Prior experience in career counseling, training, or placement services.
- Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Educational Background:
- A bachelors degree in any field.
Location Preference:
- Candidates residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
