About the Role:
As an Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional educational content tailored to digital marketing. Your role will involve developing high-quality materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring the curriculum meets the evolving needs of our learners. Youll play a critical role in shaping the learning experience at IIDE.

What Youll Do:

1. Content Development:

• Create high-quality educational material, including presentations, focused on key digital marketing concepts.
• Conduct thorough research using online sources, interviews, and studies to inform content creation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Tailor learning materials to be concise, easy to understand, and well-formatted.

2. Curriculum and Material Development:

• Contribute to curriculum design and development of educational resources.
• Incorporate innovative elements like graphics, animations, interactions, and multimedia into presentations.
• Adapt content for various formats, including online and offline sessions.
• Regularly update materials to reflect the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:

• Attend training sessions to evaluate content delivery and make improvements based on feedback.
• Design MCQs, assignments, and assessments as supplementary learning tools.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless content delivery.

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Research skills, with experience sourcing and analyzing information.

Should Have:

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Sensitivity to learners’ needs, particularly beginners.

Nice to Have:

• Completion of a Digital Marketing course.
• Familiarity with marketing web publications and tools.
