𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

• Handle international customer queries and provide effective solutions through voice support. Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO (International experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment.
