Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with ideyaLabs's overall business goals, including talent acquisition, development, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, onboarding, and talent management programs. Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier IT talent.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement. Ensure alignment of individual goals with company objectives.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Learning & Development: Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and address future organizational needs.
HR Operations & Technology: Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Identify and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support key initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to leadership. Develop and present HR metrics and reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.
Deep understanding of IT industry trends and talent needs.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
