Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with ideyaLabs's overall business goals, including talent acquisition, development, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, onboarding, and talent management programs. Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier IT talent.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee engagement, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement. Ensure alignment of individual goals with company objectives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Learning & Development: Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and address future organizational needs.
  • HR Operations & Technology: Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Identify and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
  • Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support key initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide insights to leadership. Develop and present HR metrics and reports.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of IT industry trends and talent needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
