Automation Lead (Pytest Framework Expert)

We are hiring an experienced Automation Lead with strong proficiency in Pytest framework and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. As an Automation Lead, you will design robust automation frameworks, lead a team of skilled engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Framework Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
• Integrate frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Create reusable test libraries and implement best practices.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment with testing standards.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Conduct end-to-end testing across APIs, UI, and system components.
• Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure defect resolution.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in automation.
• Strong expertise in Python and Pytest.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Optional experience with API testing, Selenium, or Appium.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
