Financial Management:
Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures.
Oversee the annual audit process.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and regulatory risk.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect the company's assets.
Manage insurance programs and other risk mitigation measures.
Strategic Guidance:
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management on key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and new product development.
Support business development initiatives by conducting financial due diligence and evaluating potential investments.

Team Leadership:

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
