Sales Manager (Banking Collections)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Financial Services Sales Manager to expand our Banking collections portfolio by building strong relationships with NBFCs, ARCs, and Fintech lenders. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking collections and solid experience in business development or sales.

Location: Bengaluru (Travel required)

Salary: ₹70,000 to ₹85,000 Fixed Pay per month + Incentives for closed deals

Experience: 3 to 7 years in Finance Service Sales preferably Banking Collections, focusing on NBFCs, ARCs, and Fintech lenders

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of NBFCs, ARCs, and Fintech lenders for Banking collection portfolios.
• Engage with Banking Collection Heads to pitch customized solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) with 3 years or more (Max 7) years of experience in Financial Service Sales preferably Banking Collections.
• Proven track record in sales or business development within financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Target-driven, with the ability to identify client needs and offer solutions.
