Telecalling Supervisor- Collections

A telecaller supervisor has to manages a team of debt collectors and oversees the debt collection process. Their responsibilities include: 

• Managing the team: Ensuring the team is aligned with business goals, and providing guidance and support 
• Monitoring performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the team is meeting targets 
• Improving processes: Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve them 
• Developing strategies: Creating plans to recover outstanding payments and minimize delinquency 
• Negotiating payment plans: Working with customers to reach agreements on how and when to pay 
• Resolving issues: Handling customer complaints and inquiries, and investigating and resolving discrepancies 
• Communicating with other departments: Coordinating with other teams to ensure the business is running smoothly 
• Complying with legal requirements: Ensuring the team is following all legal requirements when necessary 

Requirement

1. 5+ years relevant experience within Credit/ Collections / Debt Collection environment
2. Min. Qualifications:  Graduation, Basic Ms. Office & Certified in Excel
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Collections experience in a high-volume environment
5. Commercial/ B2C / B2B Collection experience
6. DRA Certified (Mandatory)
7. Languages Known: English, Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory) with any Regional Languages will be an added advantage
