Sales Coordinator

ICCS is a leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, delivering innovative and customer-centric services. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the BPO industry to join our team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the BPO sector.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery capabilities.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze business development metrics to evaluate success and optimize strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of BPO processes, services, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
