Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle and account management process, from sales handover to ongoing engagement, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering trust and transparency through regular MBRs and QBRs.
- Guide customers through onboarding, providing integration support and driving product adoption.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.
- Prioritize the customer experience by deeply understanding their requirements and placing their needs first.
- Utilize data and analytics to proactively identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
- Track and implement initiatives aimed at achieving a Perfect 10 in customer satisfaction and expanding capabilities.
