Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects to identify their needs and demonstrate the value of SocialPilot's social media management platform.
- Conduct live product demonstrations tailored to individual customer requirements and help them evaluate fitment.
- Collaborate with customers during onboarding to ensure seamless integration and understanding of the product.
- Provide proactive support to existing customers to drive product awareness, utilization, and satisfaction.
- Develop custom plans for agencies as part of enterprise-level deals and partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver feedback and insights for product enhancements.
- Actively contribute to improving customer retention rates by driving meaningful engagements and addressing customer concerns.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of social media marketing trends to guide customers effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in product, customer success, or sales roles, with a focus on SaaS or technology products.
- Proven expertise in engaging prospects and customers, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct live demonstrations and adapt presentations based on audience needs.
- Self-starter with a hustler mindset, capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social media marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with customer onboarding and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, including custom plan creation for agencies.
- Desire to advance professionally in customer success, product management, or related fields
