HTIC Global - Product Manager (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary:.

The Product Manager will lead the Marketing and product strategy, development, and delivery of online-driven products and business initiatives for multiple verticals.

The role requires expertise in agile methodologies, a high-level technical understanding, and the ability to translate business goals into digital solutions that drive growth and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with the organization's digital business objectives and customer needs.

- Lead agile teams to define, design, and deliver high-impact product features, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and operations, to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

- Evaluate online platforms to identify areas for UI/UX improvements and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to drive product innovation and development.

- Work with technical teams to ensure scalable and efficient technology implementation across platforms.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future strategies.

- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of online products, from concept to launch and post-launch performance optimization.

- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Experience & Educational Qualifications Required:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in online-driven businesses or e-commerce platforms.

- Proven track record in leading agile teams and delivering successful digital products.

- Familiarity with business and operations principles and practices.
