Job Purpose:
To lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for HTIC Global's Insurance Brokers channel, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention through targeted digital strategies.
The role will focus on leveraging online platforms to maximize outreach and conversions specific to insurance brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for the insurance brokers channel, aligning with the organization's goals.
- Analyze industry trends and customer insights to identify market opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
Campaign Management:
- Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing, specifically targeting insurance brokers and customers.
- Oversee campaigns that promote insurance products and drive lead generation for the insurance brokerage channel.
Content and Communication Strategy:
- Craft and oversee compelling content strategies to communicate the unique value proposition of HTIC Global's insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, videos, and infographics that resonate with the target audience.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.) to monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, and lead quality.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve higher ROI, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a digital marketing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the insurance brokerage workflow.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with external digital agencies and technology partners to deliver best-in-class digital solutions.
- Support the organization's operational goals by aligning marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and customer outreach.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize output within cost constraints.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legal and industry standards for insurance brokering.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with 2+ years in managerial roles.
- Experience in the insurance domain is strongly preferred, particularly in broker-focused campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments
